the super-sons of Superman and Batman

I know it's really a redo of those old Silver Age imaginary stories where Superman and Batman both had angsty teenage sons, but I'm going to read that as Clark and Bruce finally hooking up and starting a family together.

We're losing All-Star Western too, darn it. I know sales haven't been fantastic, but it's been a good (sometimes great) title for a long time.

Oh, man, that Sensation cover. I think I see Orana, and there's Toth Wondy, and there's original look Nubia, too.

Artie and Cassie are snuck in there as well, once apiece.

I may have to see if I can get a poster of that.

Now, as for you, Mr. Dick Grayson, why are you running around in an ersatz Punisher outfit? e_e

I'm happy to see Wonder Tot and Wonder Queen, the only good things about sixties Wonder Woman, pre-white jumpsuit era. (Which I'm also happy to see represented, since I may be the only person in the world who likes that era.)

I am just so beyond excited about Multiversity.

Sensation Comics sounds like a great idea, certainly one that's long overdue. Not sure about the name though, I mean "Sensation Comics" really doesn't have any nostalgia cachet and you'd think they'd want to plaster Wonder Woman's name on all over that book. And even if it's supposed to be a riff, it sure does say some sad things about Wonder Woman's supporting cast though that the first image they use to promote her new series is her with Batman's rogues gallery.

Well, at least I always find it fun to see a super-powered superhero just overpower the entire cast of Batman's colorful but horrid villains, and WW seems even more fun.

Digging the gun/escrima combo there. Actually pretty sensible, from a Walking Dead combat strategy standpoint.

Well, the regular DC line is moving to LA in the next year or so, maybe they'll blend in more with the digital line through osmosis?

Heh, looks like the first Sensation Comics issue'll be based in the preboot DCU, what with it involving a Wonder Woman/Oracle team-up kinda thing.

Mildly disappointed that the folks of Earth 16 aren't getting a look-in in Multiplicity...

...though apparently they're going to be showing up in the Teen Titans Go comic to demonstate why their series (in their opinion) sucks compared to the current Teen Titans one. Grr.

actually, it seems like the opposite. From the interview, it seemslike they are saying that the YJers come in to tell the TT that they need to be a more serious as heros (because one of the criticisms agains the TTG is that they are not heroic enough) so the YJers make them want to be more heroic.

if they use it to slightly change the tone of the show, i am all for it. Honestly, TTG has grown on me, not the same way TT or YJ had, but i appreciate the humor and commentary (some of which is really smart). But i do agree that some of the stories do make them seem like jerks and screwup more than heroes (the episode where Beast Boy and Cyborg travel tothe future, and the episode where they fight over burritos and burgers....)

Is it too much to hope that the post-Crisis, pre-Flashpoint universe still exists? Although hopefully it's the version where Lian Harper didn't die a pointless death and her dad didn't wind up a meth head with a dead cat for company.
