That probably won't work a second time. Usually inhaling someone made of gas or smoke is fatal to the person who's lungs are suddenly deprived of oxygen.
As Lady Bullseye gets more control over her new power the less likely she'll fall for this again.
Yeah, it probably wouldn't stand out to me so much if there wasn't an episode of the Flash last week that had a villain who killed people in that exact way. Then again, he was specifically a poisonous gas, whereas we don't know what Lady Bullseye turns into.
Either way, Elektra would probably at the very least be subject to a horrible coughing fit after doing something like that, regardless of whether Lady Bullseyes was intentionally trying to suffocate her or not.
Does Elektra have Kryptonian lungs? Because humans only inhale like a pint of air per breath. I guess she can sort of suck Lady Bullseye's face off (NO SNICKERING), though, which might be debilitating.
The face-sucking is actually pretty badass, but that high-heeled face-kick looks so silly that it pulls me right out of the story. Which in turn makes me want to nitpick...is intangible really the right word for someone who becomes gas?
I'm not a doctor, but I don't think that it's possible to have a sword run through the center of your abdomen without hitting anything vital.
I'm also a little confused about something. Can she turn the swords intangible? She doesn't seem to do so in any of these panels. But if she can't, Elektra should be able to parry the swords, regardless of whether Lady Bullseye is intangible. Also, if the swords can't become intangible, that implies that Lady Bullseye can't turn her hands intangible either, lest she drop her swords. So why can't Elektra just hit her in the hands?
This is like asking 'do any of Doom's plot actually succeed?', or 'how many wins has Bullseye actually scored against Daredevil that don't involve murdering a loved one?'...
Not really. There are countless battles where the villain gives as good as they get, and the hero only barely edges out a victory.
That's not been the case with Lady B for a while now. Black Widow humiliated her, in DD she was an afterthought and in this series, Electra left her for dead, after which she was taken by a cannibal villain, chewed on and left for dead.
See, people say that, because Heroes eke out wins stopping some plot or other, or destroying a doombot in NYC, but Doom wins all the time. He's conquered the Earth more than once and let it go because he was bored, he still runs a whole country, holds off constant assaults from everybody from SHIELD to aliens to Asgardians to Mephisto sending demons because he's still sore about losing Doom's mom.
Hell, he shows up as a neutral party in lots of books, curing Kitty's phase problem mostly to prove he could do something Reed couldn't, same with safely birthing Valeria Richards, opposing Dracula on principle, what have you. That's part of what makes him such a great super villain, you believe he could really win. Because he really mostly does, or at least loses very little. Except against Squirrel Girl, obviously.
If Electra's going to let herself get poked with a sharp stick, and Lady Bullseye must be solid for said stick to successfully poke, wouldn't it make more sense to strike back while getting poked?

They might as well call her Lady Jobber.
