Real world scenario: I'm on the run from the police so I pretend to be my neighbor and change my identity. I fall in love with someone who has never met my neighbor and I start a sexual relationship with them. I eventually ask her to marry me. Would I be committing rape if I didn't tell them that I'm using my neighbor's identity?
