Yuup.

This is maybe the second tie-in that sort of just...ends. And usually the stories are so damn short or lacking in characterization that you don't feel much of anything.

This is one of those times for me. Same with Age of Ultron vs Marvel Zombies.

All the Battleworld Secret Wars books seem one issues short....

....and Marvel has said that they're going to expand Secret Wars with an additional issue so maybe they'll wrap things up with all the storylines in that.

Unlikely; these series have ended pretty definitively, Secret Wars hasn't touched upon almost any of its tie-in series in the main event, and that final issue isn't coming for 3 months.

His armor looks like the Age of X version.

I think he had a flashback showing some of the other Age of X versions of X-men, so he's probably from that reality.

Of course it seems this Magneto had a thing with his Rogue, but I don't think they were together in Age of X and she was called Reaper/Legacy

I think the explanation was it was a pocket universe Legion created.

It was a reality alteration like Age of Apocalypse or house of m. AoA very clearly proved early on all reality alterations also spawn realities where they alteration was permanent and natural realities that look the same.

Personally I'm betting when we get to a big anniversary for the ultimate universe we'll see it show back up alive and well even after all of this secret wars mess.

I think they had feelings for each other in AoX; one of the reasons why they got together after it was over was because of how they retained their memories from it.

I gotta say: Red Skull using Cap's shield as a scythe is kind of really neat.
