Which one do you mean? If you mean the one second from the right which exposes her stomach and legs, that was in Avengers vol. 3 (Busiek's run), debuting with issue 8. To quote Wanda, "I've just been feeling more in tune with my gypsy roots, and I thought it appropriate."
