Skipping over number 4, it's a fine issue and you should buy it if you like what you've seen thus far, but I want to get to where the clones finally capture Caleb.

Caleb blows himself out an airlock trusting the Force, "one last time," and is rescued by Kasmir, who along with another smuggler in another ship try to get Caleb away from the Clones.

Caleb decides he needs a completely clean break and leaves Kasmir taking the other smuggler's ship as payment for the job they did earlier.

This almost got revealed to a Jedi when one Clone under Anakin's command's chip malfunctioned and activated prematurely causing him to assassinate one of the generals Anakin was fighting with (seen in the link above). This lead Fives (CT-5555) to discover the full truth of Palpatine's plan and try to warn his fellow clones. It's shown that a few of Anakin's clones removed their chips and by their own testimony (did not betray the Jedi)... again though since they were under Anakin's command I'm still wondering if there was more to their story.
