So this issue starts off with a plane crash. Clark Kent won a contest for a nice trip to the Caribbean. While taking a tour plane, it's engines give out and crash into the water. Clark saves the pilot and spots a boat in the water. He swim them over and they climb aboard.
However, when they get aboard, there's this big group of people there who all shout HAPPY BIRTHDAY at him, confusing Clark to no end.

So, Clark decides to roll with it and play being Bruce, having a fun time with everyone and such.

The two flirt a bit, kiss, and also have sex. No seriously (you don't see it though). Later the next night...

Clark then heads off to use the bathroom, feeling woozy from the drink he was having, and surprise surprise; an assassin hired by the Carmine Falcone is waiting for him.

Eventually, the ship docks and Clark departs. He asks Barbara to join him, since she has the money and she doesn't seem to care for this lifestyle. She says she can't, but says she hopes they can see each other again in the future.
The issue ends then on this amusing note...
