And while the answer is "he's still Dick Grayson", it's kind of tempered by the fact that Earth-2 Dick never moved out of his dad's basement and Got A Real Job. Don't think Bats would've approved of that so much.
(The fact that Dick was still Robin even into adulthood is just really... weird and unsettling. ... still, at least he wasn't running around in bare legs and scaly panties in his forties...)
You mean the recent Earth-2 series, where Dick and Helena have no mutual backstory because Dick wasn't raised by Bruce, so a relationship isn't an issue?
No, the Geoff Johns Earth-2, in the Geoff Johns run of Justice Society of America, written by Geoff Johns. Where Power Girl was an unlikable, paranoid jerkwad, the Justice Society had merged with Infinity Inc., and for reasons known only to Geoff Johns, Helena and Dick were in a relationship.
IIRC that was supposed to be foreshadowing, wasn't it? Because the original plan was for Dick to die in this event. So they wanted to emphasize that he was the only person Kal-L felt was equally good on both Earths (just in case everything else that happened was insufficiently horrible). But then there was fan backlash about it, so they killed off Kon-El instead.
I've never been sure whether the intent was to kill just Dick or they intended to kill both Dick and Kon-El so there would be loss on both sides of the Super-Bat family.
The difference being Dick being the lynchpin of multiple generations of heroes and Kon, for all his heroic-ness, not being in the same league connection-wise.
Injustice Dick Grayson was a OOC prig in his scenes with Damian before he died. It was Forever Evil Dick Grayson that was a villain before The Jokester mailed him back to Owlman in boxes.
Don't forget Red Rain Dick Grayson and Earth-3 Talon Dick Grayson, the one from Forever Evil.
Don't mind me, though! That statement's obviously a well-intentioned gesture based on input from Clark's personal experiences. It's totes cool. Props to Seeley.
Did we ever meet Earth-3 Talon in FE? All I remember is seeing Owlman react to finding the boxes containing assorted Talon parts that the Jokester left behind (He'd gift-wrapped them)
Yeah, just that issue: I don't think we were even shown what his Talon costume looked like.
If that's like a segue into the question of his morality, though, I think lit review of that event suggested that Earth-3's Dick Grayson was on the bad side of the spectrum - or at least, 'un-good' enough to not qualify for Clark's shining recommendation here.
I do like that one of the personality traits that Superman identifies as being fundamental to Dick Grayson is that he is "kind".
See also Donna Troy's assessment of him
"Kindness" isn't a trait one sees associated with superheroes, still less male ones, so it's nice to see it being referenced here.
I recall when my father passed, the number of people who came up to our family and told us that the thing they remembered most about him was his kindness, that meant more than just about anything else they could have said.

Playing "Six Degrees of Richard Grayson" is probably a fun game at Titans and JLA meetings.
