I think Quinjet is a background character in Transformers: Lost Light. :)

Like most crossovers, it's not exactly canon to either.

As I recall, it's sort of canon to IDW's Transformers. They even did a follow-up issue with the Marvel stuff filed off for a Ramjet one-shot.
