A blonde narcissist bully with a lot of money he did nothing to earn uses his money, power and influence to further aggrandize himself at the cost of everyone else, and takes petty vengeance against anyone and everything that he perceives has wronged him in any way?

I don't need to read a comic for that, I just have to watch the news.
