I can't remember a cocktail I've had that I enjoyed grenadine in, and I drink a fair amount.

I use it for coloring, but not flavor. In a tequila sunrise, as a for-instance. Pretty much tastes the same without the grenadine (with as little as I put in, anyway), but it doesn't look as pretty. :)
