Haven't read this issue yet. But I remember him getting weird telekinetic/armor powers just before the world ended. After the relaunch: no more powers.

He probably has the Inhuman gene(s) -- no reason to expect otherwise as Kamala's full sibling -- but he wasn't exposed to the Terrigen mist because he was in the Islamic Masjid of Jersey City basement at the time. As per q99 he got the powers without his consent -- they were explicitly not from Terrigenesis -- and he consciously wanted nothing to do with the costumes life, so whether or not he can still manifest them...

Aamir really is an easy prey- he had, past-tense, powers for like an hour. It's know it's past test. They take him down and feel good about it.

That Team Rocket line... doesn't really make much sense... Team Rocket just stole PokeMon and PokeMon tech.... if anything, they would be like Team Plasma, making some BS about making things "right" and "better" behind a two-face a-hole. Yeah, I know, Team Rocket is the more identifiable name, much like how Mighty Morphin is the ONLY season referenced in other mediums outside of the franchise
