You know the concept of Catwoman become the "Guardian of Gotham" could actually be quite interesting. How does her lack of resources, or differing ideology affect her crime fighting? Will she form different alliances?
Or maybe she could wear an ugly outfit and just be Batman. This Batman is also a really terrible villain, winning because everyone else is stupid. Why did he hold onto this cracker ring for decades?

Huh... that reminds me... wasn't there an Elseworld story that took place where Bruce didn't inherited his family fortune and somehow it went to Barbra Gordon where she got a Nano Bat suit and called herself Batwoman and bruce became a crazy hobo man in a raggy Batman suit? Or where those 2 different stories?

Yeah, it really also bad when you count in how Bat and Cat have that on/off again relationship they are known to have, they are in love but have different POVs... Here... he is just a psychopath compared to how Catman is just a Kelpto. Hell, even the crazy stuff in Batman Returns had some common ground for them...
