Ok, speaking of the main character. What exactly are Domino's powers? What does she do? The only thing I think I know of this character is that she was Cable's gf, but I'm not even sure of that.

There is just so much to pick apart here. Dazzler as David Bowie is great, Alex is over his fat phase, and I appreciate Neena's dickishness to Piotr.

What didn't you like about A-Force? I thought it was generally well regarded female led series. (Only if you care to share, of course, no pressure)

I read the first A-Force and my general opinion about it was that it's a fairly promising AU until the writers' OC (Singularity) happens to it and they give up on anything I found even vaguely interesting.

I might read way too much fanfic, but my gut reaction to this was hating said OC with fiery passion. So I avoid anything she appeared in for my own peace of mind.

I’ve read both iterations of A-Force. She never grew out of her punk-emo-goth-metal stint. I don’t know if she’s been in anything since, which is why I asked.

I think it's always been assumed to be part of her mutation, but I don't think it's ever been said out loud, so it's all fair game I guess.

Wait, that's a Greg Land cover? Domino's not posed seductively or making a porn face. The focus isn't on her breasts or her butt. This cover makes the main character look tough and fun, rather than looking sexual.

Could it be that Greg Land has decided to turn a new artistic leaf?
