For a second when Burbank walked in I thought he was the Supremeverse's "Anti-Fury". He wears a patch over everything *except* his right eye.

And I only realized that this story made Burbank in to a Doom analogue for some reason, As him just being Lex-Lite wasn't enough.

Still, he somehow manages to be the most entertaining part of this so far. Also someone remind, were we shown what was happening with Nighthawk during all of this?

Well, the original Emil Burbank basically was Lex Luthor mixed with Doctor Doom.

How is it Old Soldier's costume looks thousand times better on the cover?

Hell, why does everybody's costume look awful in this? It's one thing to go for realistic and functional, but none of these look in any way more practical or less goofy, they are just ugly.

Man, we finally found a guy with a worse powerset than Cable, the mutant with the ability to shoot guns.

The soldier with the ability to get shot in multiple wars.

Why is this so awful?

Its poor execution is only exceeded by its clumsy art and unnecessary and convoluted plot.
