I was never sure how that could kill the Anti-Meridian. Even shrunken and confused, it seems way too powerful (and shapeless) to be crushed by lil' Benny's shoe.

Well, it also utilized its kryptonite - muon radiation from the exploding spaceship.

Though the whole thing seems kinda contrived to me. One of the people included in this was someone who literally lived in the past, so the Anti-Meridian would never see him coming, and whose schtick was creating paradoxes. Why not just outfit him with a shrink ray and a muon bomb and be done with it?
