You gotta get your defence in early; it isn't for the benefit for the people there or the arresting officer, it is for the jury later. You know: "I didn't mean to", "It was self defence", "a guy dressed just like me dumped it in my hands and ran away", "I'm on a diplomatic mission to Alderaan", gotta get it on the record early for your lawyer to use later.

But boy, is this Hulk series a treat. Horror and tension work so well for the character here.

I believe he was in some idiotic fight with his "friend" and Langkowski got in his way trying to break it up.

I'm sure "I wasn't trying to stab HIM in the back; I was trying to stab my buddy in the heart!" will fly as a legal defense.
