It's funny. Over in the other TF comics, Shockwave's been making a big deal about how faith and religion are all lies (That he helped make up), and only cold hard science and his Making Hard Choices While Hard can stop Unicron (The problem he made in the first place). He tries to justify this by how his time travelling meant that he was in the right place to shape mythology as he remembered it being written, which in his mind invalidates it.
And then we have Lost Light. Where the true Primus, not a warrior god or a vengeful titan, but simply a bot that cares so much for his loved ones, sacrificed himself with the faith that his friends would be able to save the day. Behind all the myths and religion built op over the generations, the God of Transformers was simply someone that cared. And it was that simple faith that meant his friends were 'good enough'.
Even Team Whirl.
Of course, now that all the original five transformers are dead and gone, we still don't know where THEY came from... :)
