This is the last chapter of my New Mutants Dungeons and Dragon story for now. I am hoping to continue with it soon.
Doreen leads the party to the Cabe 9f Bones to find a cure for the poisoned Roberto. Sure enough, the cabe ismindeed guarded. By... a cute little bunny rabbit?! Illyana isn't impressed and sends her skeletal minion to deal with it. What could possibly go wrong?
The seemingly cute little rabbit leaps to attack and bites the skeleton's head off, making Illyana lose all her loot it was carrying. Naturally, she isn't impressed.
Illyana wants to smash the rabbit with a rock for making her lose her loot, but Rahne still refuses to believe that such an adorable creature could be so evil. Tippicheep is tired of all the talk and decides to take care of the killer rabbit herself.
While Tippicheep is fighting the killer rabbit, Warlock finds the mushroom that will cure Roberto. He also finds another captive fairy. Nadia was being held captive by treasure seekers that had also fallen victim to the killer rabbit.
In thanks for bring rescued, Nadia gives Amara an enchanted ring that will let her cast the spell Firebolt.
With the killer rabbit defeated, Shan sets about healing Roberto.
Doreen tells the heroes that their destination is just through the trees. It is now time for her to leave. She will return again if the heroes need her.
Sure enough, the Cadtle of Blood is jus through the trees. Unfortunately, it is guarded by the undead. How will the heroes find a way in to rescue the fair maidens?
To be continued...
