Having, as he thought, checkmated the Fantastic Four, he prepared to issue his demands to the American government.

What did he want? World domination? A dismantling of the US's nuclear weapons programs? Access to rare resources to construct even more terrible weapons?

He'd be an improvement over most modern cabinet picks though. I also appreciate him cutting out the middle man by being an American politician who is a foreign leader instead of yet another American politician who is working for a foreign leader.

Secretary of Agriculture Victor Von Doom's career had a promising start, but shortly afterwards his legion of robot farmers go haywire. He maintains that, the "accursed Richard" is responsible and restarts his crusade against him.
He stops showing up for work, and is eventually replaced.

This ambition is all too achievable under the current President, but Doom wouldn't have the patience to last five minutes under that same President's narcissistic, abusive tirades. He'd just frikkin' vaporize him as soon as the Orangeade Oppressor uttered the key word "loser."
