Whoof, this mini has a strong dose of 'favorite character-itis'. Like... ... Venom picking up Mjolnir while reborn and empowered by Captain Universe? Sure, OK.

Venom *summoning Mjolnir out of Thor's hands*? No.

Venom summoning the Surfer's board? Nooo.

Venom transmuting Mjolnir and the Surfer's board into a cosmic Axe? What the hell no.

I mean it's a Venom story by the Venom writer, and the Enigma Force is a pretty good cheat code.

That and Venom spent the rest of the miniseries being thrown off a building and declared ‘dead’ while the other heroes fought Knull so he might as well get the big hero moment at the end.

Knull was trying to possess/corrupt him but he’s fine now.

As much as I dislike Knull and the symbiotes, it's oddly refreshing to have an event with a clearly evil villain, and the heroes working together, and not against eachother, to save the day.
