Has there been any indication who Fisk's people secured? Something about the dialogue made me think of Bullseye.

Also, Matt, buddy? Why are you surprised that someone poisoned your food when it is that easy?

I figured he told them to bring him Daredevil and they captured Electric Nachos instead. Technically correct; the best kind of correct.

As for the poison, I'd think Matt's senses would make him very had to poison. But maybe he's really still off his game.

I read the newest issue of Spider-Man, and Kingpin's got Kindred locked in a cage like a zoo exhibit. Maybe it's referring to him?

I always love seeing Kingpin written like this. The writers never let you forget that the Wilson is a very, VERY bad man, but they also show how emotional and empathetic he can be. It just makes him a really fascinating character, I can find myself rooting for him or hating him depending on the context of the story.

I think we cn thank Vincent d'Onifrio for giving all the writers a good version to emulate.

Not really, Kingpin was always a pretty complex guy, even before the show. His love for his family was always shown as very genuine, and he was shown as having admirable qualities - like being able to resist the Purple Man's control due to his strength of will.

Yeah even as far back with Stan Lee writing him we saw him being devoted to his wife.

He kind of devolved for a bit in the 21st century, though - I think his low point was when Joss Whedon had him using thought balloons to tell the reader how much he loves chocolate.

Was that during Runaways? Kind-of a low point for that series, really. See also the Punisher going after a bunch of children...and being laid-low by a punch in the balls. Because FUNNY. See? Get it? Joss is great with the jokes!
