The Turtles and the TCRI aliens join forces against the Triceratons.

Meanwhile April tries to sneak into the locked down TCRI Building, but one of the soldiers guarding it catches her. He tells her the military plans to raid the building, and that she should get to safety.

Splinter explains how the aliens, found him and nursed him back to health. It was also him who convinced them to bring the Turtles back after they were teleported across the galaxy.
"But who are these aliens?" the Turtles ask. One of them explains how they were part of a small survey team sent to Earth.

Once they established a base, the aliens began salvaging the remains of their ship. One day an accident caused them to loose a canister of mutagen, which would subsequently mutate the Turtles and Splinter. So their responsible for their current existence.
The aliens were able to contact their home planet. Their supervisors, impressed by their work asked them to continue to monitor Earth in secret. After many years of work they had finally, finished building a teleporting device, when the Turtles accidently set it off, exposing them to the world.
Their teleporter was damaged in the fight, and the army is about to storm the building.
