This doesn't seem quite an incisive as the satire Aaron served up with his demented takes on the rest of the JLA, but given how broadly Wonder Woman is often sketched out, especially in the context of the JLA, this is still a decent way to parody the sword-lady Wonder Woman of most JL stories.
... we are sure it's satire, right? Because it generally just reads like Jason Aaron's typical work, just slightly more so. And he, frankly, doesn't seem like the sort to go in for self-parody.
I'm not super well read on Aaron's work, but I think he does have a sense of humor both generally and about himself. But yeah, the problem really is that even though this is a decent parody of Wonder-Woman-as-warrior-badass, it doesn't really seem all that specific to Wonder Woman, in part because WW's role in JL stories often fails to feel specific to Wonder Woman. This could just as easily be an evil version of Sif or something.
Going by how Aaron seems to respond to criticism some times... I dunno. (See his response to people's objections to his version of She-Hulk. Or Thor. Or Wolverine leading the X-Men...)
Based on the evidence she's supposed to be an evil version of Thor. Hence her love for drinking and fighting (and snafflin' coo-beasties), much like how Aaron tends to write Thor himself most of the time.
