Time once again for you to pester your fellow SDers with requests.

Once a month we will have a requests post where members can ask for certain scans to be posted. Other members seeking inspiration can look through the requests and fulfill someone's dream. Posting a request is no guarantee of its being filled, but request posts will be archived so that members can look through comments from previous months and answer them if they so desire.

The most recent request post will be linked to in the community's profile.

So Scans Daily, what do you want?

I want chocolate cake!!!!

There have been more posts about positive and good Bat-Family interactions and stories and fights so I'm mostly content. I kind of want to see scans of of my other obsession; Dracula. Mostly from Tomb of Dracula and Captain Britain & MI:13. I need a breather from the current 'romantic vampire' takes on vampires and Dracula is far from the traditional 'mopey, woo is me a vampire' type.

I picked up "Les Quatre de Baker Street" (which had a brief preview on SD 1.0) and the first volume of a rather fun series called "Gargouilles" when I was last in Paris, so will pop them on when I get a chance.

You mean like how Hercules was telling the tale of his battle with Thor to a bunch of kids who were picking on another kid?

Never requested anything here before but umm...

I'd like to request a scan of of when Deadpool supposedly met the Young Avengers during Civil War and commented on how 'nubile' they were. I can't seem to find it myself so I thought maybe you all here could help?

Mignola Hulk?

From: [identity profile] citygod.insanejournal.com
Does anyone have the issue of Sal Buscema's Incredible Hulk from the late 80's that Mike Mignola inked? I know that sounds crazy but I'm certain I read my little brothers copy (that was since lost forever.)

Not sure if that happened, as www.comics.org doesn't list him as an internal inker on any Hulk stories. He did covers in 1985 on issues 306, 308, 309 and 313, but not the internal inking (which was by Gerry Talaoc)

Do you guys have the scans of that kid who looks for his dog outside a detention camp from WW2 and then foils a evil plot of a man with a hook for a hand? That seems like a great PSA comic, it doesn't come off as preachy yet it speaks a powerful message at the time.

A Victor Borkowski post would be nice. He had a big following on scans_daily 1.0, but I don't think any of that stuff was reposted. Particularly Karma helping him to deal with Northstar's death.

The only one I know of is their duel/Jason-'teaching'-Mia in GA #72, which I had to massacre cut a little to make it fit the number of scans allowed. He doesn't ask her to be his Robin, but just. (http://asylums.insanejournal.com/scans_daily/987439.html)

After recently becomeing obsessed with star wars through the Legacy comic I have grown a hankering for some good star wars humor. Particualarly one comic I saw on the old sd that featured characters called Tag and Bink.

Also anything involving The Tick!

Tasmanian Devil from Detective Comics 852 (or any old Super Friends appearances of Tas or Bushmaster)

Kyle Raynor from last year's DCU Halloween Special

Frogs of Central Park (of Throg/Thor fame) in Doctor Strange #2 (they fight Dormannu apparently)
Also from Thor 502 I think when they say goodbye to Thor before he fights Onslaught

Woodrue (Floronic Man) from Swamp Thing 166, 167 and 169 (170 has been posted)

Justice 2099 from Spider-man 2099 Annual 1

I don't even need this so much as a scan, just trying to find it.

It's an apocolyptic X-Men mag, with the only surviors being Wolverine and some other people. Wolverine has his legs bent and thus is in a wheelchair. At the end, he's set on fire repeatedly for hours by the person who was pushing the chair. I know I have it somewhere, but cannot remember what issue. Amazingly, "logan, wheelchair" gets no hits.
