Enemy Ace vs. the Hunter

Skipping ahead a little to keep within the page count rule. Fortunately there's some gratuitiousness to the battle scenes, since people bought these comics to see Enemy Ace tear shit up. The art is gorgeous, but you can still get the idea after a trim. And c'mon, do you really expect them to win? It'd be like a Star Trek episode where the redshirts handle an intruder and all Captain Kirk has to do is pin a medal on them.





Von Hammer and the Hunter have another encounter in which the Enemy Ace is wounded. He recuperates.

Yeah, I've heard of that one. I haven't actually read much of Enemy Ace, but what I have read has been pretty uniformly good. He's not a character who encourages mediocre storytelling.
