I still find it adorable that it's called "The Odinsleep" as distinct from, say, "Godsleep" or "All-Father Sleep".

Imagine you're visiting your friend's house for the holidays and finding their Dad bundled up in an armchair and blankets by the fire, obviously in a coma. You ask them if he's alright and they tell you "He's in the Tobysleep. He will awake again when the time is right."

And Kirby always gives Odin such adorable pyjamas. In a previous issue, Odin had a cute bathrobe too.

Oh man. Nobody noticed that the guard on the lower right was staring straight into the camera when they shot this panel.

He wouldn't be a very good guard if he hadn't spotted the readers. (He trained with Heimdall)

That is possibly the most metal looking bed I've ever seen.
But it's not very big (even with the understanding Odin's not what anyone would call svelte).
... guess it's a good thing the All-Father doesn't roll in his sleep, otherwise he might fall over the side.

Huh.
Didn't know Asgard had an empire. Thought it was more a mix of absolute monarchy and theocracy.
Or should that maybe have been a hint to the guards about where Loki's mind is at?
"Foolish Loki! Asgard has no empire!"
"Not yet, fool!"
"..."
"... I said that out loud, didn't I?"

(Also, it's kind of great that they're outright calling him the Prince of Evil, but their attitude towards him is less "oh, no!" and more "*****s sake, not this punk!")

I'm guessing this is Odin's special bed specifically for when he is Odinsleeping.
