She doesn't need them anymore. Nora got resurrected a couple years ago and became a villainess named Mrs. Freeze. Then she dumped Victor because he wasn't evil enough for her.

She hasn't appeared since, because what exactly do you do with her after that? It's just like the the last time she was resurrected and came back evil and with superpowers - Lazara never returned either.
