Malik is Black Adam's successor, as seen over in Christopher Priest's Black Adam series.
Presently, Mary is the current champion of Shazam, because Billy died (and apparently is unwilling to share the power with the others to prevent the same happening to them).
But since Billy has gotten a resurrection, he'll probably be back to being the main one soon enough, and Mary and The Rest will be forgotten again.
