My Mitch Ballard commission has arrived

scans_dailyToday I had my very first commission in the mail, a wonderful artwork done by Mitch Ballard.
I didn't have to think long about the characters: Dick Grayson was clearly the first choice, and since you don't see the two of them together that often anymore, I decided on Wally West as the second character.
Special thanks toicon_uk for introducing me to this genre, which promises to be a great and very welcome new addiction. :)
I was thinking about a "Trapped with friends"-theme, so I asked Mitch if he could draw Robin, the "Teen Wonder" and Kid Flash trapped in some way, maybe in a jungle scenery (NTT #13 being one of my favourite issues). Only when Mitch showed me the finished penciled art he told me that he just had to add Brother Blood as a villain because the image needed it. And I'm so, so happy with the result. :D
