Hi. A friend suggested I crosspost my Hawkeye fancomic here.

I don't know enough about Kate to tell whether she's simply an awesome sidekick or if she and Clint share a friendly rivalry over who gets to actually be Hawkeye, but she kicks tons of ass both here and in YA.

You have to host the actual image files someplace else, mine are on LJ. But adding the image code to AO3 is no problem. That was the first thing I tried out when the archive got started.

Pretty much. (Except with sickles instead of guitars.)

The art is really modern. It's actually quite excellent. In a few years after more practice I could see you actually doing the real Hawkeye comic.

The art does look great. Its very Aja-y but without being too similar to reduce the uniquity of either. The story's pretty simple, but charming at the same time. I could get behind you going pro.
As for Kate, yeah, Kate does get injured a lot less than Clint. The only time so far she's gotten as banged up as him is in the Hawkeye annual, complete with a nose bandage.

I recommend it, its pretty good. It sort of bridges the gap between Hawkeye and Young Avengers.

The art is great. If I hadn't read your blurb first, I'd have just assumed that these panels came from a published comic.

The one (hopefully constructive) piece of criticism I have is that it's lacking a certain amount of dynamism in the action sequences. In the panels where Kate's holding the bow, it looks like she's posing with it rather than getting ready to fire it. There should be more visible tension in her body.

Apart from that, though, great job.

I know what you mean re. action sequences, it's something I'm working on. I suspect it's partly because I grew up on Franco-Belgian comics which have a different aesthetic. That and my main work is in children's books. Now I try to come up with lots of action scenarios for my fanart to get a better feeling for it.

Unbelievable. I could have sworn this was in an actual issue, the art is so good and you nail Fraction's voice.

I hope you'll enjoy them. My personal favorite is still the Smile Time comic I created years ago (for AtS); that one I've actually written myself. I get hit by writing inspiration only like once every five years...

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. The coloring actually is watercolors, with some additional tinkering in Photoshop.
