One panel from Fantastic Four #11 (LGY#704). The main story is a Ben Grimm caper that also features a dog and has a tribute to Judge Dredd, but let's look at this panel. Johnny Storm explains a sexy dream he just had. Weird phrasing, no? What's he hiding, I wonder?

I do think there's a certain potential for awkward family dynamics in the fact that Johnny once married "Alicia Masters," or rather, a Skrull whom everyone believed was Alicia at the time. So we know he has potential to be attracted to Alicia's general qualities--he even has memories of, uh, doing married-people things with someone who looked, talked, and acted like her. (And they didn't wait until marriage for that, either.)

I don't know if this is a seed that Ryan's planting here, but that'd be my best guess. Though there are options for other dark horses (Spider-Man as a woman? Or Spider-Man as Spider-Man?).

I doubt it's Sue, because Johnny would be much more rattled by that, whereas he's probably been dealing with the "that's almost the woman I married" feeling for a long time. There was another story once where the Fantastic Four swapped dreams, which meant that Johnny got all of Reed's let's-say-romantic dreams about Sue. The poor boy managed to hide what he was going through from the others--he acted weird, sure, but they didn't guess why. Since then, though, Johnny and Sue have had a pretty healthy and normal adult-sibling relationship. And that's more of a trivial wrinkle in their history, so I doubt it'd be brought back.

I feel like I should point out the Puppet Master once put a wig (that's it) on Alicia Masters to disguise her as Sue Storm so Johnny married someone who looks like his sister.

(It could have been Wyatt Wingfoot too. Though, considering the others were blondes and - given some past movie casting - it would be funnier if it was Captain America)

Assuming it was about a woman...well I don't think he can exactly namedrop someone like She-Hulk and not have it be at least a little weird. And he can't say Crystal because he went and made it weird by dating Medusa.
