I don't think he was runnnning a company back then. He was just working for Max Modell. Which was the best job Peter Parker ever had. They should have made it a statu quo as permanent as the Daily Bugle.

Honestly, it was better working for Max than when he had Parker Industries. At least then he didn't have to make the tough calls. Less responsibility is always nice.

I love how the flashback pages were designed to look like old newsprint four-color comics! And how the bank's logo aligned with Peter's shadow to look like Spidey's eyes.
