The Vulture makes his escape by putting innocents in danger. With that distraction taken care of, Peter returns home to have a talk with his parents.

I'm sure it's fine. They're probably planning a surprise party for Peter.

And here is where Spider-Man in the '90s goes off the rails.

Rejuvenated Vulture looks like normal Vulture only with a bad hairpiece. I presume it just fell off when he reverted to his normal status.

I was thinking he looked like Cletus myself.

I assume the design was an attempt at synergy with the Fox cartoon.

That was his default look until right after the Clone Saga where he ran into a guy named DK who caused things to, um, decay...which in this case just meant going back to his classic look.

But no more cancer. That's neat. Maybe that would have been the time to retire and stop using the flight harness that gives you cancer.

For such a genius inventor, the Vulture is pretty stupid.

So, did Peter just spontaneously revert the way Vulture did?

I thought it would last a little longer...
