From the first issue apparently the best efforts of superheroic power, tech, and magic can't even manage to get a facehugger off a host non-lethally. So I guess the aliens can't be safely teleported, or telekinetically unwrapped, or disintegrated, or forced off by an expanding force-field, or turned into a flower garland, or any of a thousand other things Marvel characters should be able to do for quick and easy solutions if Hickman weren't pressing the "NUH-UH!" button hard enough to break his finger.

Well that’s unfortunate timing considering the new film out in cinemas right now has the protagonists finally figure out a way to take a Facehugger off somebody.
