Or Amanda made a deal with Darksied? And will get backstabbed later?

I really hope that they don't give Amanda an easy way out by making her an unknowing puppet of Darkseid and that the whole "depower the heroes and turn the world against them plan" was HIS Idea all along.

I really don't think that's the case. Waller has managed to block almost all methods to Earth off. Since the Anti-Life equation is (or used to be, I'm not sure currently) on Earth (at least a portion of it), Darkseid would not be pleased about being cut off from it.
