WASP involves status and money. Her family got neither (SRSLY, her dad!).
OH, I KNOW. I loved Cass' diversity and plausable non-Mary-Sue awesomeness!

I would like some acknowledgment of Cass in Batgirl, but shiny, new #1 are supposed to come with less baggage. I don't like it, but I can see why Miller did it.

Man, I want Gabrych back on Batgirl. He had some nifty ideas, like communicating through dance.
I first read Cass in the Batgirl/Robin crossover (Fresh Blood, I think) and I was instantly hooked at how well-written, likeable and kick-ass cool she was. I admit, though, Ale Garza on pencils didn't hurt.
