Mmmn, so if Amadeus is 8th; there's seven spots that could be: Reed, Doom, Tony Stark, Hank Pym, Beast, ... maybe Peter Parker?

I doubt Parker's on the list, too unknown, doesn't work in enough fields.

Leader or Modok or some other villains may fill out the rest. Also I'd expect Banner to either be on or near it.

Seriously, if they were actually willing to let Parker grow up, he'd probably fit quite well in the top 10 or 15. But no, following characters where they take you doesn't work for the eternal adolescents in editorial.

Hm, there are some impressive women in the telepath department, and they're actually at the top of the HtH department (Gamora and Mantis), but less so the tech department that I know of.

Oh, Monica Rappaccini, Scientist Supreme of AIM, inventor of Ultra Adaptoid and creator of the 'Wakers' project focused on Carmilla Black. So she has both a powerful super-science robot and a biological project under her belt.

Monica may or may not be dead at the moment. I don't know if that would disqualify her or not.

Yeah, Modokk blew up Monica, but I'm not sure if that Mini is even canon, it was ignored everywhere else, so..
