Are all of those Hunter, to go further on that vein? One of them looks kinda like a kid. Maybe there's going to be a Reverse Flash-family?

I was thinking the same. The Zoom who seems closer (whose belt also looks like Barry's) could be Thawne, the other one might be Hunter.
But it could also be just a superspeed perception, so it's only one, and the belt was a mistake.
But that idea could be interesting. I would've liked see more interaction between Hunter and Thawne the first time they met.

Well, there's clearly something planned for Hunter and Thawne, since Hunter started up a conversation with Thawne when he was thrown in jail at the end of Rebirth.

And Abra Kadabra's involved somehow, as he has puppets of both Zooms.
