It's the Hobie Brown of Earth-138 and his friends, introduced in Spider-Verse tie-ins, and their adventures.
It's a fun ensemble hero book, giving as much time to Hobie as to his fellows. The first issue follows the pattern of previous Spider-Punk stories - the neighborhood of our heroes being threatened by outside aggressors.
The threat this time is Kraven and the Hunters - who open the issue attacking with too-fancy-for-them guns. Spider-Punk and Captain Anarchy fend them off - and then take one of the guns back to their friend Riri for analysis.
( She discovered that Kraven's weapons were military grade. )
