Tin Pot vs. Dictator: THE OZ-WONDERLAND WAR, Chapter 3

With this chapter, Carol Lay takes over as full letterer. She did more and more for the series as the Oz-Wonderland War advanced. As it began, she took over penciling from Rick Hoberg (she'd already inked much of the series after #13). Before long, she was supplementing Joey Cavalieri on dialogue, and before it was done, she'd be assisting E. Nelson Bridwell with the plots too.



Overall, Lay is probably best known for her strip feature Story Minute...

Having recruited the Maestro and Mr. Freeze, he came next to Harvey Dent.

Two-Face, running a low-key operation on Gotham's rails, met him gun in hand.
