Gatchaman: Galactor #2 is criminal organization dynamics.

Issue #1'd ended with an infiltrator of the subtitular enemies of the Science Ninja Team Gatchaman dying at Berg Katse's hands.

Katse could now put a name to the danger he'd nosed out - " Lupo ", a crime family that'd allied with Galactor and been betrayed by them in turn.

They were motivated revengers - Katse, calling a meeting of Galactor's ranks, disclosed their threat but not their identity.

( Post-meeting, some grunts reacted. )

Iron Man: Viva Las Vegas

If I had a dime for every time a big Hollywood director started writing a comic mini and then it got lost in limbo, I'd have two dimes. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice.

‘The Penguin’ just finished today. In my opinion it was a great show and a huge improvement over ‘The Batman’. Colin Farrell is great as Oz and deserves an Emmy for the role. He manages to be an awful person that you still have sympathy for. Cristin Milioti is also really good as Sofia Falcone. I’m a bit bummed this is just a miniseries because I would like to see Farrell explore the character in depth more than a film could by itself.

One minor issue I had was Batman has almost no presence in the show. I didn’t expect nor want to see him in person but just one mobster expressing concern that the Bat was watching would have gone a long way.

Regardless this really set a new standard for the genre. I wouldn’t mind seeing other Batman villains getting this treatment.
