Well I don't think this has been posted here yet (for which I am SHOCKED and HORRIFIED - you're getting complacent S_D ;) ) but if it has been posted and I've just been blind, then let me know and I'll remove it :) 

Anyway, Marvel has a 3 page unlettered preview of Children's Crusade #2.

Cheung's art makes everyone look fabulous. I know some people complain about sameface but when the art is this pretty I really don't care.

Benes' sameface on the other hand got really old really quick :/

This looks so lovely. So... Magneto turns up, decides it looks like a lot of effort to talk to teenagers, and just grabs his sort-of grandchildren. The YA give chase, and Teddy and Magneto have an exchange. Then, suddenly the Avengers (presumably in search of Billy) erupt onto the scene, and everyone's like Magneto! Avengers! Young Avengers! are we fighting? What's up?

I can hardly wait for this.

Haha I get the feeling that that's exactly how it's going to go: 'Are we fighting?' 'I don't know, nobody tells me anything'.

:D! I can hardly wait either. Bimonthly publishing is a cruel, cruel trick for Marvel to play on us.

(But then I think a month is too long to wait for the next issue; Comics = totally the wrong medium for an impatient woman like me.)

I would LOL forever if the gag of Scott getting interrupted constantly by his cell phone and they're all calls about Magneto's alignment status became a running one.

It's bimonthly and he's been working on the scripts for over a year. It'd be horribly depressing if they were late.
