She had her face replaced when she became an alpha lantern. It's basically a metal mask over some circuits.

The OP might be referring to the face she has when she's inside her mind.

Yeah, but she was made hot before that. She used to have pale skin and was drawn looking like a female body builder. Then she became purple and slimmer.
