Who knew?



Dracula does indeed provide them with the means as to how he became a vampire.

I can't decide if I want to be reading this book or not.

It's certainly interesting, isn't it? I'm also interested in possibly getting it.

What are you reasons for not reading it, if you don't mind my curiousity?

I don't like the colouring (or maybe just how the colouring gels with the lineart) - it's all so.. wheaty, it makes my eyes unfocus a little and slide off the page, which prevents engagement with the story.

Also I don't know what the premise is, really!

I would certainly agree with you on the coloring aspect - it definitely doesn't help my already poor vision, haha

From what I can tell (and please forgive me if I'm completely wrong), a big business man (men?) has put considerable time and money into finding and resurrecting Dracula in order to gain his power and immortality and to learn from him firsthand how to gain true power.

What interests me is how Dracula finds this business man (men?) to be quite abhorent due to the fact that he (they) do not take care of their people. Ol' Vlad, despite his horrendous cruelty and unusual taste for blood, took pretty good care of his citizens and tried to protect them from outside forces the best that he could. From what I can tell, there will be a reckoning when Dracula breaks free from the business man's (men's?) control.

I find the dynamics of the situation quite interesting, especially the fact that the writer brings up how Dracula was indeed a ruler in charge of people and not just a monster.

The scans here are sounding a bit harry-is-a-horcrux-y, now I have more context.

I do like Dracula-psychology stuff.. kind of interested in how this book measures up to Tomb of Dracula now.

I'm interested to read more, now! Not rich enough to buy the single issues, but if I get to be I probably will!

I just spent all of my comic book money for the next two, maybe three, months of two issues of Ultimate Spiderman

Bills and food make it hard to consistently buy comics :p
