I know Pete's not very built, but he looks downright emaciated in the first and last panels. Runway model hip-bone thin.

Again: it is hilarious that they had to create a separate series in which Spider-Man is a superhero because there was no room for ACTUAL SUPERHEROIC ADVENTURES in the banal relationship drama and convoluted plots of his core series.

It's kind of sad that people don't give a crap about Peter's personal life anymore since it used to be what made him unique. I don't see why people are putting so much praise on the books when I can still find better Spider-man comics even before the relaunch.

Spider-Island has actually been way more fun than I'd ever expected it to be. It manages to keep an eye on Peter's personal life while keeping the main focus on Manhattan being over run with spider-people-monsters. It works quite well to be fair.
