ComicBookResources has the preview of #85 as the Vitriumite War aftermath have finally begun to settle down to a new kind of peace. And during said peace, well, stuff happens.

Worse than teenagers, I swear.
While I like the idea of characters having sex, it breaks my heart because of their counterparts in the DCU. I'm glad I'm out.

-Superman-like characters who are so tough they can get hit with lava, acid, tank round, etc and not even FEEL it.-

Oh, they feel it, it just doesn't hurt.

Consider how you can put a 5 gram weight on your finger and you feel it just fine. Or you can put a 10 pound weight on your hand and you feel it a lot more, but it still doesn't hurt.


Touching =/= hurting. You can be very touch sensitive while still being injury immune.

The characters for whom it's otherwise (Max Damage) are a minority with a specific weakness, but the normal way makes sense.

I always enjoy that once in awhile where someone shoots Superman a bunch of times and he's all "oh gosh stop guys, that tickles, come on guys knock it off".
