Date: 2012-06-11 09:02 pm (UTC)Gar is usually shown with a VERY furry chest, even Perez drew him that way way back in the 1980's... I'll try and dig some samples out if you haven't seen them.
Beast Boy being red will never stop being silly-looking to me I'm afraid, and his day glo shorts/skin pattern just looks odd.

Date: 2012-06-12 02:49 am (UTC)It's nice to see Gar drawn in his uber hot glory again... now if only someone would recolor this in green, I'd be a happy camper.
For the record, I REFUSE to change the name of www.garfieldlogan.com from "It's Not Easy Being Green" to anything else.

Date: 2012-06-12 02:57 am (UTC)Speaking of Animal Man, something's been bothering me for a while now. The Green keeps referring to the Rot as the antithesis of life and what not, but aren't decay and pestilence simply another form of life -- the oldest one in fact? Decay can't even happen in places truly devoid of life, since the bacteria are dead too.
