I am a bit curious what kind of relationship the older Vision has with Billy since he sort of is Billy's father, and is also sort of the father of the younger Vision (they never really did explore the notion that Billy and Jonas were sort of brothers).

(Although it might be that trying to explain how Vision and Billy are related do tend to make one's eyes roll and say "oh, comics.")

Wanda gets dumped on pretty regularly, and it's always Vision's turn. I don't see how he's 'related' to Billy AT ALL...but apparently that's where Marvel wishes to go.
A mini-series about Pietro and Tommy is what I'd love to see. Pietro takes Tommy on a tour of the Marvel Universe. They could call it 'Quick Study'.

I feel bad in that I actually like Billy's hairstyle, not because it is flattering (it's not) but because it is such an adolescent hairstyle it makes me laugh. Though I will admit to hoping also that Billy goes through several hairstyles over the new YA run just because that too is a terribly adolescent thing.

I just hope that when we see Tommy again, he has a drastically different hairstyle to Billy, having grown incredibly frustrated at how people keep mistaking Tommy and Billy for each other despite them having different hair and eye colours, and gone "fine! I'll make it really obvious".

Well.... let's be honest here. From his perspective, it's true. His ex-wife killed him, and at one point during their marriage she willed children into existence that, as of the last time he was killed, were decided to have been never 'real'. So, yes, it was a lie inflicted upon him by his wife.

Did she do it intentionally or maliciously? No. But given that she killed him, I can understand him looking at things from a cynical point of view.

Yay! I'm so happy about this--I have been waiting *so long* for Vizh to acknowledge his awesome kids, let alone meet them. Though I hope it gets followed up on later, and isn't just a one-off.

Re: Vizh acting like a prick about Wanda... It's at least kinda par for the course (going way way back to the 70s) for Wanda and Vizh to be on-and-off dicks to each other, though I personally felt those flaws were what made their relationship so interesting. I would never try to "excuse" Vizh's comments about Wanda here, but I do sympathize with his pain, given the trauma of what happened (with Wanda effectively using him as a suicide bomb against all their best friends, confirming all Vizh's deepest fears about his lack of humanity etc.).

What I also don't get is how the normal folks who raised Billy and Tommy are so often forgotten- yes the kids are mystically related to Wanda and Vision, but they where never raised by them!

The kids are only related to the whole Superhero family by whatever method sent Wanda's conjured kids souls into two young men who where already born according to Marvel Time!

Can someone catch me up a little on what's going on with this team? Specifically, why is Pietro there? Is he a working Avenger again? And Pym? Does this mean they're not at whatever's left of Avengers Academy? Is Pym still with Tigra? Did they all just migrate back to the east coast? Need... answers.

It was an annual, i think it was a one off team up. It was written by Gage which I assume is why he used so many former Avengers Academy cast members. We don't have news about most of those characters and what is up with them in NOW yet.
