As a disclaimer, if you're not familiar with the show or the original books you probably won't get the humor and there's also a little bit of (cartoonish) gore.

i'm an entire season behind...d does the hound kill people for sansa?

No... it's a joke about how dogs will bring in stuff they killed and he's called the Hound, etc. And they're treating him like you would a pet dog.

oh okay. i only just finished watching season 1 (i am WAAAAY behind) and he DID seems to be a bit sympathetic to her, i thought he might have been killing those who threatened her or somethign;...

Well without spoiling anything there's a scene where a mob tries to attack Sansa and he comes to her rescue and he kills some of the attackers. But this comic is basically a joke equating Sandor with a pet dog.

He doesn't particularly go around killing people in hopes of getting her approval, but he does seem to have feelings for her.

Shae just seemed a really Gloomy Gus after being all protective of Sansa in "Blackwater."

I'm like, "Shae, where is the snarky, intelligent, partying courtesan that met Tyrion in the Lannister camp? We want that Shae back!"
